Wilson X. Bezerra, President & CEO
Mr. Bezerra's career spans more than 30 years in finance and insurance, the last 10 years of which he has served as a mortgage underwriter and officer. Since February 2008, he has worked with ACS Mortgage Corporation, and from 1986-2008, he was an accountant with ACS Financial Services Corp. At ACS Financial, he was involved with the preparation of tax returns for individuals, small businesses, and complex corporations. He completed and reviewed mortgage applications for clients, advised clients on their financial status, and determined mortgage need requirements.
Coinciding with his tenure at ACS Financial, he was also an agent and broke for ACS Insurance Agency, Inc., where he was responsible for selling life, automobile, property, health, and insurance insurance products to individuals, businesses, and public institutions. Prior positions include: Security Administration with Chase Manhattan Bank (1982-86) and IRS agent (1977-81).
Mr. Bezerra received his degree in accounting from Rutgers University in 1977. In addition, he holds a real estate license from Kovac Real Estate and Insurance School. He is licensed as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Mortgage Broker, and Insurance Agent & Broker. He also earned certificates from the IRS and graduated from the prestigious Criminal Investigator Academy.

Silvana Bezerra, Vice President of Operations
Since 1989, Ms. Bezerra has been the President for ACS Insurance Agency, Inc., ACS Financial Services Corp., and ATS Advanced Travel Services Corp., all located in Totowa, NJ. She negotiated and sold wholesale and group travel fares, specialized in discount travel packages for companies, civic groups, clubs, and other organizations, and managed all representatives of the travel agency. Her experience has given her a solid foundation in staff supervision and computer systems training.
From 1976-1989, Ms. Bezerra was involved both in taxpayer service and as an agent with the Internal Revenue Service. In this position, she developed specific skills and expertise, including:
1. Interpreting or applying federal tax law for individuals, businesses and/or exempt organizations, partnerships, and corporations;
2. Knowledge of business and trade practices necessary to develop tax issues based on analysis and evaluation of overall business operations and financial conditions; and
3. Knowledge of corporate financial transactions and financial management practices, as well as skill in interacting and negotiating with specialists in accounting, legal, tax, and other similar business-related professions.
Ms. Bezerra received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in French and minor in accounting from Montclair State University.
